Refund Policy

Vintage and Vamp will provide a refund or exchange, (whichever the customer prefers), on any item that is shown to be defective through no fault of the purchaser.

Whilst care is taken to ensure all products ordered are shipped without faults this is no guarantee on behalf of the manufacturer.

Every item that is purchased from Vintage and Vamp is quality checked and photographed prior to shipping. A record of the quality standard of each item is stored electronically and can be provided upon reasonable request.

All items that are to be returned for exchange or refund are returned at the expense of the purchaser.

Refund or exchange will be given for products where the incorrect size has been ordered strictly within 7 days and only once the garment has been received and quality checked by Vintage and Vamp.

Every purchaser is offered a “garment measure” prior to completion of the sale. Measurements provided by you , or the person who ordered the item/s, are compared against the actual garment/s ordered and are recorded. However, where no¬† response is received to the request for measurements within 48 hours, goods will be packaged and posted to avoid delays in you receiving your item/s.

There are no refunds on Sale items (reduced/discounted), you may exchange at the discretion of the merchant

Refund policy update for sales processed via Square.
Square recently advised that they are updating their refund policy so that processing fees will no longer be returned when sellers issue a full or partial refund to their customers. This means sellers will be out of pocket and therefore as a seller I cannot refund processing costs if you decide you need to return an item for a refund. Processing costs are usually around 5% of the transaction total.
For existing sellers, these changes go into effect in Australia on April 4, 2023.
